Some clients come to us with a full set of architect-drawn plans ready to build. Others are starting from scratch and need help developing their vision before a single permit is pulled. We work both ways. If you have plans, we'll give you a thorough, honest bid and walk you through what to expect. If you're earlier in the process, we'll help you connect with the right design resources and guide you through the decisions that affect your build cost and timeline the most.
Either way, you work directly with Matt throughout the project — not a project manager you've never met.
